All bookings require you to transfer money directly into our nominated account within 3 days of booking. To ensure the cost to "you" is as low as possible, Electronic Funds Transfer will be the only form of payment accepted, unless you purchase your tickets on the day with cash. Tickets can only be purchased in advance online.
If the booking is made 7 days prior to the event day the tickets will need to be collected at the Stony Point Kiosk
For those wishing to purchase tickets on the day, you will need to bring Cash as credit card facilities are not available.
It is important that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure. For those customers who do not book online you will be required to go directly to the Stony Point kiosk to purchase your tickets. It is suggested that you allow at least 30 minutes to purchase your tickets and make your way to the ferry to board. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON THE FERRY FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO THE MOTOGP.

Parking is available all year around at the Stony Point car park for a small fee of $4.40.
Most years Phillip Island accommodation is fully booked out well in advance for the weekend of the Motorcycle Grand Prix. We suggest the following alternative accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula.

We do hope you enjoy your time at Phillip Island and we request that you drink responsibly. Inter Island Ferries has the right to refuse passage to any person they believe is intoxicated and/or abusive to other passengers or staff.
Cancellation of bookings will incur a $10.00 administration fee. No cancellations will be accepted 7days prior to the booked date. If you wish to cancel your booking, please send an email to the email address supplied on the invoice.
